Missing One Litter Piece? (Spoilers Ahead)

Hello! First off, to the devs, I love this game. Thank you so much for making it.

I've been doing little else but play this game for a while now, and I'm almost at 100% completion.... But I seem to be stuck. I've found all the litter in the world, and the NPC that locates litter has told me as much. I've already beaten the final boss and unlocked the last records, but... I have one record to buy for 4 trash, and I have 3 trash in my inventory.

I've cleaned out both the bug litter exchange and the one in Dinners, and I've bought everything in the music shop except the one record player, and I can't buy that one last piece of decor.

I've gone back and talked with every NPC I can think of because I know a couple side quests awarded litter, but I'm at the point where nobody talks to me anymore, and just went through the entire map talking to every NPC I can remember. Nothing.

I even started digging through my save file for hints of any flags I haven't triggered. I don't see anything obvious there, except maybe "pearating" and "picked" being false, but since Pea won't talk to me, I doubt those are relevant.

Is there a potential bug here? Or am I missing a source of one piece of litter somewhere I haven't thought of? It's painful being stuck at 99.978% completion.

Hey!!! Greg's in a stream right now and can probably answer this for sure, but if Spinach can't find any more then an NPC has it - did you get litter from Guac(next to holey shop in Potluck), from the kids in Elevenses, and from Basil(hyena in Luncheon, only gives if you have coloured flowers)?

AHA!!! That's it, thank you so much! Basil had it! I totally had no idea she wanted me to paint her flowers, and there wasn't an option to talk to her anymore.

If I can make a suggestion for a future fix, it'd be really really REALLY nice if Basil had a permanent reminder text saying that her flowers aren't in bloom anymore now that the color's gone and she misses seeing them bloom, or something like that. Because as it is right now, if you walk away after having talked to her the first time, there's no way to figure out what to do for that last litter piece!

Otherwise, this game is absolutely amazing!

Thanks, i had already talked to them, and I had already gotten the achievement for all the litters, but it seems that the litter that Guac had given me hadn't been saved
