Stuck at 99,87%, missing one clothe

Hey, I have visited all the map many times, I found all small gifts, big gifts, litters, lost kids, brushes techniques and I only miss one clothe.

- I've the two mascott clothe from Pistachio (the turtle who sit on chairs)
- My mom visited my house
- I gived to the fake adult my passport
- I've did the turnabout squeeze sidequest
- I've did the Radish sidequest
- I've visited the Museum to get all the original tables
- I've delivered all the letters
- I've did all the Oats ridles
- I've put flowers on teatime meadow
- I've setuped the party on the roof of Dinner building
- I've put decors on the beach for the thirsty giraffe

When I call mom she keeps telling me "Go talk to beetroot in sips river" and when I do, I have no dialog option. I visited all the map and talked to everyone (at least at those who have dialogs options) 4/5 times since I'm stuck at 99,87%

Do you have any idea of what I'm missing?

hi there, if you send your save file to [e-mail] we can take a look at it. beetroot not being interactable would be an issue from some combination of story flags specific to your playthrough. you are definitely missing a gift somewhere so the guide posted above might be helpful to you.

Ok, I will send my save file then. And no I don't miss a gift because beetroot already told me that I've found every gift (same for the NPC who help you to found the litter who do not talk to me anymore too, and same for the two NPC of the lost kids).

EDIT 01: Just in case I checked the guide and yeah as I said I did everything.
EDIT 02: And I checked my save file with this https://jdavisbro.github.io/chicory/ (saw this on reddit) and no one kid/gift/litter are unfounded (well maybe this website doesn't works well IDK).

I'm just waiting for the support answer and I'll update this topic when I'll know what was wrong or what I was missing.

I think I've hit the same bug: I've gotten all the achievements except the clothing one, and Beetroot has told me that I've found every piece of clothing in Picnic, and is no longer able to interact with me. Mom keeps telling me to look for clothing though.

I think the bug might be caused by swapping the headband for another piece of clothing: I noticed that Salt still had the headband available to swap, but if I checked my inventory, I also still had the headband in my inventory to use. Given the the headband is a quest reward, I must have traded it at some point, and I suspect the initial swap did not remove the headband from my inventory. I tried to swap something else out for the headband, but that did not restore Beetroot's interaction with me, and now I also don't have the duplicate headband (swapping it back out now shows the headband no long in my collection).

Well personnaly I never swapped anything with Salt, but when I talk to him he always says "It looks like ALL clothes out there have been found already! Or at least, in the areas we currently service. So, uh... there's nothing to swap!!".

And for information, even if he says "It looks like ALL clothes out there have been found", He was already telling me that when I found all the clothes in the gifts (confirmed by Beetroot) but didn't get the clothes in the quests/dialogues yet (like the Pistachio's clothes). So I guess we can't take it like "you found all the clothes but you are at 119/120 then it's bugued".

So IDK if in my case it's an issue caused by Salt or not, but I don't think so because I never swapped anything with him and I can't swap anymore.

Possibly a different bug, though I do have all 5 quest pieces of clothing: Headband, Kerchief, Stache, Mascot Head & Bod. Another possible complicating factor: I think my save game was continued from the demo, where Beans gives you the Headband for finding the first 4 kids, not sure if that permitted the weird dupe issue independent of swapping with Salt.

OK I'M JUST A DUMB PERSON, let me explain:

I followed banov's advice and sent my file to support.

But because I knew that the support was not going to answer very quickly (it's not a reproach, it's normal) and because I knew that I knew the game well now, I decided to make a new save from the very beginning.

I did, and as I'm passing my passport to the fake adult, I saw him drop a mustache, and at that very moment I thought to myself, "on my first game, did he drop it too or did he give it to me?"

And before I continue to think about it I finished the game to 100% (and I did it, no 99,87% this time). And by curiosity I loaded my old save which was stuck at 99.87%. And guess what? The mustache was on the floor. I never picked it up (although I re-entered the building dozens of times to talk to NPCs or to repaint everything).

I swear, I'm blind and dumb.

This helped me to collect the last two clothes. Thank you! <3

If you have completed the game you should call your mom (in game ^^). She will have nothing to say but right after the call the game dev calls. After this you can visit your home and have a nice chat with all the creators. Lovely.

they did a simialr thing in Wandersong too, although a much bit harder to get!
