Giant of Eyes fight location treated as Childbed surrogate location in many cases

If you are anywhere in Childbed and log out, you will log in right next to Child of Eyes.

If you die in Childbed to anything ASIDE FROM Giant of Eyes, you will respawn right next to Giant of Eyes.

If you use the warp crystal item with your most recent surrogate visited being in Childbed, you will spawn in the fight arena for Giant of Eyes.

The first two issues I encountered several times each before defeating Giant of Eyes. The last one I encountered after defeating Giant of Eyes.
