You still need to deliver that item from the Vulture and that one other thing from Childbed in order to get the key to exit the Carven Palace, but pretty much anything else is fair game.
Also, not only the bosses have new moves: Almost every single enemy has either a new attack, or a slightly changed behaviour, or a second phase of sorts.
Finally, there are two new items: one for growing the vessel's traits over the previous max level and one to upgrade weapons above +6, so if you're ADHD-y enough they're also giving you a good incentive to explore everything all over again.
