GRIME
Is there anyway to recover stamina faster?
It's the first soulsLike where I find stamina system annoying. Takes to long to recover the bar.

You can use a trait/armor mixup to gain better Force economy. Clawbeast at 2 points refunds the dash's cost fully, you can let it there or put one more to gain more without the trait getting prohibitively expensive. This trait gives less than Frail Arm but when popped during the dash it creates a hit-stop, allowing you to make split second and reassess the situation at hand.
You can mix and match them to your liking. Another one is Flower Fighter. This increases your natural Force regeneration. 2-3 points work alright, it is mostly better when you tend to use weapons that expend less Force per attack (Force refund Traits theoretically work better with slower weapons because of higher expenditures per attack, no time to regenerate enough gradually). Lastly is the Spinesnake Trait. During your health regeneration sequences the Force regeneration delay is zeroed (normally there is a small delay after each Force expenditure, to discourage spamming) , allowing you to constantly stay topped in Force IF you put 2-3 points to Flower Fighter.
These are the main synergies for the Force economy. You can always put some points to the Leaper one to enlarge you Force pool (I tend to put 2-3, it gets expensive after that).

Mix them to your liking and don't forget the backwards dash after you become experienced with Grime's enemy move set, it uses half the Force of a forward dash and it is faster, but with half the reach. Armors sets tend to increase certain Traits when fully equipped, plus they might increase your base Force. All this is good info but don't over-commit to meta game the fun out of it. Enjoy.

You can definitely reach a point where Force/STM never runs out if you integrate one or more of the traits that restore it. The very first Trait (Frail Arm) especially as parries/parry attempts don't cost anything, so it is just a net benefit from the very first point.

The person above has much more in-depth suggestions though. Hope it works out for you!

Well, one-shots from a failed parry is a pretty hefty cost, wouldn't you say?

I just jumped in, and abysmal stamina and some unintuitive parries are my first big gripe.
Then we have the fact the weapons I wanted to try are not that good in practice at this point (Bowaxe) and I cannot respec yet.
