Cordon Bleu -> Make 7 deliveries

So what am I meant to do?
The mission is to delier 7 french fries during daytime. I've tried everything I can think of here.

I tried cooking all 7 and then hitting the bell... but I'm unable to serve. I tried making 7 and packaging them, but that just makes them disappear. How the hell do I serve french fries?

Using the bell is correct, though for the Cordon Bleu, it can make a challenge for any components' step. Is it asking for the cooked fries or just the fry cut potatoes?
