Training Chefs for Better Performance
I've encountered an issue with the sous chefs, Kassim and Adele, and I wanted to see if anyone else feels the same or if this could be a possible upgrade feature for the game.

I understand that Adele specialises in meat dishes and Kassim in fish, but my issue is that even after levelling them up to 14 and 15, they still can't make something as basic as pasta dough properly—it always comes out as a B grade. This, in turn, lowers the grade of the final dish.

Is there, or could there be, a feature to train these chefs on the basics to improve their skills?

Here are some ideas:

Option A: Have a one-on-one training session after a shift with a training chef, focused on improving a specific item’s quality.

Option B: Chefs could improve over time through repetition, mastering specific items after making them enough times.

Option C: Send chefs to specialised classes for a few in-game days (e.g., pasta-making, sauce classes, etc). This would cost in-game currency, but could lead to better outcomes.

Personally, I think options B and C would be great features to add to the game. I’d love to hear everyone’s thoughts on this!

The pasta mixer and meat slicer are both bugged for assistants, anything made by them will have a bad rating on those steps (including ratings below what should be even possible, if you check the recipe book), and using it to make a final plating will lower the score. The only way around it at the moment is to avoid those dishes, do the bugged steps yourself, or wait till they are fully trained and let them do the whole dish by themselves.

there are also some specific dishes where the meat slicer is bugged for manual use as well, and no setting will give good results.
