Yeah, I am getting the same. when I look at the reviews as to why, there's thumbs down saying I am using low quality ingredients when I'm actually using the highest quality ingredients available. Due to this, I'm not able to achieve the "great service" challenge. Please help?

I read the Chefs upgrade guide in Guides
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2946405726

Under Tips and Tricks it says the following:

If you are having trouble getting "Good service" or "Great service", try the following:
Change the diner room layout to 10 seats (Fewer customers = lower chance of messing up orders)
Change menu price to $ instead of $$ or $$$. (This gives people less expectation thus higher ratings)
Turn on the "Fewer customer" and "Calm service" options in Preferences

I lowered my prices and turned on "Fewer customer" and "Calm service" options in Preferences and It actually helped.

Letting a hot item cool off will make it loose stars. Also the customer's expectations are set by the menu level and price: raising the price will make them more critical, and a Gastronomic menu requires 4 stars while a Bistronomic menu could get away with 3 stars. If you upgrade your dishes and menu too quickly its possible to outpace the vendor unlocks.

Ah, I think that upgrading the dishes too quickly, along with maxed-out prices, may have caused the problem. I read in my reviews that I used "average quality ingredients" even though I used 3-star ingredients for bistro-level dishes. I always made sure dishes were at the correct temperature before serving. Anyway, I resolved it by lowering the menu prices.
