check your black board if the prestige said GASTRONOMIC cuisine (maybe)

my level still at bistronomic though but the quest is here

Normally you need 2 foods at the menu from the 5 to make it specific cuisine like meat, pasta, french, italian. but ..

it took 3 foods to make the target prestige cuisine, such as 3 gastro food for gastronomic cuisine

gourmet is just one of the category tags a dish can have, similar to 'French' or 'Traditional', Gastronomic is referring to the maximum upgrade level

As long as more than half of the dishes on the menu are Gastronomic it should switch, so 2 of 3 will also work.
