Camila Culinary DIY quest - 5 unpretentious recipes

Trying to finish Camila's request to "make 5 unpretentious recipes that earn a minimum grade of B for every dish". I chose a menu of 5 dishes that all have "unpretentious" tag but after service the request was still not finished. One of the dishes only became unpretentious after upgrade though (steak and onion confit).

For those of you that finished this quest, how did you manage to do so? Is there something I'm missing here?

You do not need to choose a menu for that. Just go through your recipes and check recipes details for the tag "Unpretentious". You can do this from either your recipe book (and showing the recipe details option to see the tags that way better) or through the research table (that shows the tags for the recipe). Then do 5 of those off service (you can do 5 dishes of the same recipe. In my case I chose 5xBeef and Potatoes, Gastronomic level) and I completed the quest that way.
