"Make extras"
Whats the purpose of assigning our sous chefs to "make extras"? Someone pls explain..

It earns you some extra $$ and shows at end of service as Extras

Yeah your servers hand them out to whoever orders them

Apparently it also levels up the cooking XP and grades for your sous chefs too. So have them rotate each day on who you want to prepare for extras. There can be a maximum of 6 of them out.
