'Average Quality Ingredients' but they're excellent...?

Anyone else have this issue? Everything is 3 stars excellent, the ingredients and the final dishes show the three stars and yet I'm getting 60-70 satisfaction because of 'average ingredients'

The customer expectations are set by the items on the menu as well as the price setting: The same same dish will get different ratings depending on the expectation. Either go up to the 4-star ingredients, lower your price, or change the menu to have lower-tier dishes.

Ingredients grade will be lower If the dishes cool down. I experienced it before and I found the 4 stars hot dishes downgrade to 3 stars when it turns cold. Just try to keep those with temperature bar on the warmer.
