Waiters stuck

I have a major bug and I cant continue - someone else too? I´m now at lvl 25 and Im on the Kassim quest where he has to serve all the fish dishes by himself. I upgraded the restaurant for 20 people and atm there are around 8 tables a shift. On my menu are only the fish dishes for Kassims quest. Now I had the same bug twice and Im annoied to try again: My waiters are stuck on the sideboard where they put the orders and take the dishes. It happened both times around the 6 order. So I´m stuck now because if I restart the evening, the shift restarts but its not possible to fulfill the shift because the waiters getting stuck again. Anybody else? Any tips?

change your counter from design kitchen menu (blueprint on wall), it should return to normal

had this bug once, I just quit and restarted the game, this will put you at the beginning of service, no biggie, but yea seems like we are the BETA testers on this one ;D

Well: At least it can be fixed by restarting the game.

BUT unfortunately I had this bug many times now in different shifts and I think it only happens when I served already prepared dishes by using the desk bell. This does not happen all the time but it happens sometimes and its quite annoying when I nearly finished my shift and I have to do it all over again. Devs please have a look at it and fix this.

It happened to me too and also my chefs kept saying there's utensils when there's clearly enoguh..

Also my dish disappeared once I served it. If there's a button for start next day shift, we could at least skip it...
Another suggestion, if we could preview the next upgraded dish, it would be super helpful. Though this sounds like something that would require a major update?

Thx. Im sure now: It happens very often when using the desk bell with already prepared dishes during the evening shift. Atm its not possible to let the staff prepare finished dishes and only serve them bc the waiters getting stuck very often and there is no other way to complete the shifts than restarting and preparing them by myself.

any updates on this bug.... It's June and was being addressed back in march (?) it' s getting rather frustrating and is happening almost every service now.

How many times have we heard "A patch will be released soon" or "A patch will be released soon"? The development team repeats such sophistry every time they show up in the community hub around the time they forget, but after a few days there is no reply, and another month passes without a patch. Then, after about a month, it suddenly appears again, and repeats the sophistication that "it will be fixed soon."
Anyway, I'm sure there will be no reply again this time in a few days. And the next one will appear around the middle of July. Then again, he said, "We will fix it soon." Soon it will be August and then September... How many years will go by just with this exchange without any correction?

Any updates on patch? This bug is causing me to now restart scenario numerous times. The waiter keeps getting stuck when bell is used.
