How to clean stock room

I get this warning showing that I need to clean my stock room but I don't know how. I leave one of the staff on cleaning during the entire prep time and the cleaning level seems very good. All the food is fresh and up to date. I walk around the graphic for the cleaning but see no option to clean. There is a time limit and I have a lot of prep to do so I don't really have time to explore around too much. Game is pretty new so Google doesn't seem to provide any answers. Anyone here experienced this? Am I missing something simple?

Speak to one of your employees and there should be a 4th option to have them clean the storeroom.
