Jiro Level up dishes

Does anyone know what dishes to prepare in order to get Jiro level up? I cant find them..

For some reason I think the Egg[;amt parmigiana is over leveled for me, but I can't find the zucchini recipe either

Eggplant is the Bean steak lvl2

I have him at level 20 and can make compleet dishes but they won’t let me serve them.
