- Have 2 research buildings whenever possible.
- You will need to deal with poison at some point: look up the tech tree for what you will need to deal with it.
- If you haven't the proper tech when you reach your first poison cloud: PAUSE the game inside or after the poison cloud, find all the poison and use the harvest tool (+ have workers available to harvest it, using a worker post with harvester ideally)
- Look the population tab in the top right corner and see what benefit your villager effciency, try to increase that.
- Research scavenger early enough, that's the best way to get more villagers.
- Make Onbu happy and don't hurt it
At the start I like to have a worker post with 2 transporters, they will almost always be busy freeing time for the other workers.
If you have 2 research buildings can you research multiple things at a time or does it just make your research time faster?
It increases research speed. You can still only research one thing at a time.
And if you build a 3rd research station it's +28% additional, not as interesting in my opinion.
