I've only played on PC, but I've read other comments saying that clothes like the jacket or hair can jump around a lot if your FPS is too high (75+).

Yeah. I've never seen that issue myself, and I play it without any extra commands or experimental versions (though the latter is recommended in general). There are some extra performance fixes available, but nothing I've seen that covers clothing shaking.

If I had to take a stab at your issue without more information, one of two things are going on:
1) Lots of users have reported issues with the intro video on Steam Deck. While I didn't have an issue myself, If this is what you're referring to, there are fixes on ProtonDB (just google Protondb and put in the name of the game) to learn how to get around this.

2) You're probably playing without lowering the resolution and settings of the game, which is causing the game to work a lot harder than it needs to (and while the game does run without fixes, it has a very wide range of FPS dips in the game, which could cause all kinds of issues on higher graphics settings). For editing the settings ONLY, I'd put your Steam Deck into DESKTOP mode (the settings will black/white out the screen of your Deck otherwise), make sure the graphics are at 720p maximum, turn down shadows to medium or low, and turn off a few of the checkboxes like DOF and SSAO. After you're done editing the settings, you no longer need to worry about launching the game in Desktop mode, and at the very least, the game should run a little smoother.

Thanks, But problem might not be this because this game's fps on steam deck doesn't exceed 60

I switched all the graphics settings, but their clothes are still shaking, especially their hair. Not just in CGs, but also in gameplay.

Thanks Again
Inspired by you, I searched for the impact of the frame rate on the shake of the character model and found that when the frame rate setting is not an integer multiple of 30, the character model of some games will continue to shake. And I locked the frame rate at 40 because it can't reach 60, and power saving,

Setting the screen refresh rate at 40fps breaks physics, you have to set it at 41 (or anything but 40, really)

yeah I currently set the game to 41fps now, Only Lila's hair occasionally shakes unnaturally. Other characters have no errors now
