Then there are a few story side quests DLCs focusing on a specific party member (Klaudia's story, Lent's strory, etc). I haven't played them but I've never seen anyone mention them so I doubt they're significant or very good.
The rest is all cosmetic.
I only played the base game and I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything other than outfits (there are no other costumes in the base game unless you download the free DLC ones). I've seen people recommend the Solitary Island DLC if you want more post-game content after you finish the story, but that's it. I don't think the season pass is worth it. If you're worried about missing out the Deluxe version MIGHT be worth it just because you can't go back and upgrade to get that content later on (but again, it's mostly just cosmetics).
Right now the money you would use on the Season Pass, would be better used on the sequel, that is my opinion however.
