Meaning you can get an even better Alchemy Results by starting with Flour and transforming it into Delicious Bait, then Powerful Fish Bait.
High level equipment benefits immensely by starting with the lowest level weapon. If you can quickly skip to the next tier, the bonus ingredients will give tons of chances to add ingots or leathers to give permanent stat boosts to the whole thing.
