unable to create the folder 'system data'

someone can please help how to fix this problem? i just play this game and the game give me warning like "unable to create the folder 'system data' the system cannot find the path specified. i already integrity fike and re install the game but the problem still occur.

I didn’t had this problem, but had you tried to create this folder yourself? I can’t say the path right now, because I’m not in my pc now, but I’ll put it later. Also, you can try to see if the game folder is in “read only” function, sometimes it makes the game unable to create or alter the game folder (including saving the game).

Hey there! Again!
The save file is located at C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\KoeiTecmo\Atelier Ryza (Just search by yourself or replace USERNAME by your PC username). Check if there is a folder called "SystemData", if not, create a new folder with this name and retry to run the game.

the problem "systemData" already solved but there is another problem,
error type 0x0001
error value 0x0005

Hmm... I just look at it, and seems to be a NVIDIA GeForce Experience problem. It may be other things, but could you try to update your GPU Driver?

i already try update my GPU Driver, but the problem still accured

Sorry then. I can't guess what else could be. There are other topics saying about another 0x0001 problem, but its about Onedrive (they said to remove it from the PC), but the value was 0x000 not 5.
