Where to find wasser wheat ?

I get that there are a couple of sacks in old town .... is there anywhere else to find it in bulk ?

Nope, it's the only place. Also I don't remember if you can buy it.

Synthesis Material Locations on gamefaqs, you can search materials and the locations where you can get them with ctrl+f .

You can buy it I think, they're in the farm area as well.

Later on you can get a travel bottle that lets you gather specific mats. But it's more of a midgame thing.

Early on, the stuff on Kurken Island should be enough to get you started.
