Full screen issues, fps limits drop when alt-tabbed.
45% load when in focus, 70% when alt tabbed... Wut.

The GPU might drop to lower clock and memory speeds when alt-tabbed or something else you're doing while alt-tabbed uses GPU recources.

Only other thing running is the browser, and if i alt tab during the intro cutsceene the gpu goes to 100% so it's definitely something with the game.

Ok so for some reason the fps limits drop when the game is not in focus... Even when there is a limit set directly in nvidia control panel. Got 4000 fps in the intro cutsceene.

No issues when set in windowed mode.
