Wind Shoes Recipe

I'm just after going to the Underworld chasing after Bos and I still don't have the shoes that let you jump / skip rocks. I feel like I should have it by now. Did I just flub and miss the recipe book, or has it just not shown up yet?

Same with the materials for the Bomb Rod.

I didn't find it yet either. Since I have the shoes from deluxe edition I ended up duplicating it several times then morphed the knapsack into exploration set.

I found it, it's a recipe morph. Well, i'll probably unlock it anyways even though I hacked around it.

you need spirit bottle which is well a bit of a conundrum you need lapis papillion somewhere

I got those shoes when I was in Liese Valley rose is in Ancient battlefield and dragons in broken def line

You can get that pretty easily with the Fall / woodsy area from an Eternal Guardian.
