I have looked all over for it and can't seem to find it any where, not sure if I am still far enough into the game, but I have yet to make a bomb rod and I feel I am a decent ways in and have been able to create the recipe for awhile not but unable to find that one missing part.

Has any one came across one and can share the area for it? :)
