How to burn orc huts

Howdy all!

So I am at the mission in Gerald's campaign in which we have to burn the orc huts... But the damn things just won't burn! I have cleared the map of enemies essentially and have shot around 100 fire arrow volleys at them, but nada. I got the voice line in which Rupert says "burn!" or w/e, but they are still there.

Even tried moving my units right up to the huts... nada still.

Any help would be appreciated. Cheers!

Did you try to go next to the huts with archers and shot directly at them with fire arrows from archers ? There is a lot of different places where you have to do it.
