It doesn't detect my Kiiroo Titan

Hello, I have tried to connect my Kiiroo Titan, but it just don't get it. It only shows "No devices connected" Are there any extra steps I'm missing? I mean it say only to set on pairing the device and let it connect, but it just won't do it.

Kiiro Titan is definitely supported and working.

Be sure NOT to pair the device in windows first, as ViRo Playspace handles all of the pairing and connecting on it's own. If that doesn't help, it may be worth trying a different BT adapter.
