So is this essentially House Flipper 2?

I heard on the steam forums they're making a House Flipper 2 and it will allow you to build houses. I was just wondering if this game was the sequel or if it's separate. It looks very much like House flipper but with the ability to build the entire house.
Also I assume as you sell your houses you can afford to buy larger plots of land and was wondering how big they can be? Can you make a huge mansion?

Builder Simulator is a separate game. It is not "House Flipper 2". We will show more details of the gameplay soon.

Ah cool thanks for clarifying. I think now that I've tried the fun tutorial demo, both games have their differences where HF is simplified and this realistically involves more steps. I actually learned a few things about construction while playing.
