how do you get rid of the scaffolding?

You disassemble it with the drill.

im trying to finish a wall but cant reach the top layer. im guessing that you use the work platform to reach it but i cant seem to figure how to get up on it . any help wold be great

The small one has stairs at both ends and the large one has stairs in the middle.
