Is There A Free Build or Sandbox Mode?

Had this on my wishlist for a while. Does it have any sort of free build mode, where you can just design and build whatever you want? This looks like it would be an awesome game if you could build freely on an open lot.

It has Sandbox mode

Yes it has a sandbox mode and blue print maker, even has auto generated plans

It's not a true free build mode you are limited to lot size and there are quite a bit of restrictions so you layout in the blueprint then build and if you want to make changes then you start over if it's big changes.

It's not like building in a true sandbox where you just freely select a piece and build like in survival games etc...it's more plan then build and adjust and rebuild.
