Crash at new game - 95% loading -> SOLVED

Hi guys.
I started the game, and it was crashing even before first mission. Right at 95% of loading.

After I read some discussions, nothing helped.

Until I got idea to download newest physx drivers (9.12). I did so. I uninstalled actual drivers, and without any physx drivers at all, I ran the game. Steam installed OLD physx drivers (7.xxx) and the game runs just right.

So, UNINSTALL NEW PHYSX DRIVERS AND LET STEAM INSTALL OLD ONES.

Hmm.. that sounds like it will break some of my other games....
I am having that 95% issue at start.

Just tried this.. Now when the game starts. I am unable to see any menu bars to the left (at main menu).. I can hear the mouse hover over and hear them and i can guess what is what and click them.. but odd dots for menus show up when I hit where I think New game is.... Reinstalling newest PhyX... thanks though.
