You should be able to get it working properly by following the instructions there. It might require some tinkering since Shadowgrounds Survivor was released when X-input controllers (like Xbox 360) didn't have proper support on PC, so they can take some effort to get working properly.
I've had already checked the official page out and I tell you this
The joystick works properly in windows with another games, I always use it.
In Shadowgrounds survivor, by default, playing with keyboard and mouse the joystick works at the same time.
I don't know how to say it because english is not my mother tongue,
I mean that the joystick works by default with the default keyboard configuration.
It seems that the game recognizes, for example, moving the analog left stick up like the letter W, so the character moves forward, etc.
So, when I reach this part of the guide
"When you choose Gamepad 1, you'll get a new menu item called Joystick Axis. This is extremely important. If you just set up your gamepad using the Keyboard + Mouse 1 setting then the controller won't work properly - you need to use a Gamepad setting AND set up the Axes properly. So click on "axis_x" and then move your gamepad's right thumbstick to the left or right (x is horizontal axis). Then click on axis_y and move your gamepad's right thumbstick up or down (y is the vertical axis)"
When I do that, I select the gamepad click on axix-x and move the sticks, then nothing happens, It is like the controller was not plugged in.
If I change the keybinds.txt as it shows in the page, then the joystick becomes useless. Again, As if no controller was plugged in.
I don't know what else could I try to use the keyboard and mouse in one profile, and the Xbox 360 for another profile to play coop...
Maybe I should try plugging in another keyboard and mouse...
I don't know what could happen in that case...
