Gas station NPC

Would be nice to have a npc at the gas station too buy our oil.
Maybe have few quests: gas npc "I hear talk of a black puddle showing up around town, put a pump on it and I will buy what you get from it."
Other could be just to take some gas to the old lady or something.
Was hoping to find few more quests at the hunting tower, and out by the campers and dock.
Even to just bring them some wood or food etc would be nice.

The NPCs are so sad. Sitting in the dark all day and night. No friends. Could we just buy them (and ourselves) a burger?
