so... i bought a dog in game, and i had to be nearly standing on it for the whistle to do anything. and i understand the whistle. but when you first buy it, you should be able to command it to get in your vehicle or be able to leash it like the other animals. and the free roaming... the dog wandered far away from the general store... i understand the free wandering... but if it wanders and gets attacked, if you dont follow it you will have NO IDEA where the pet is until it either returns to you OR you are going around the map and find the body. put a marker on the map where the dog/ cat are so its easier to find them or make it so we can have them stay on the ranch without the needs of fences and gates...

how is this realistic at all? if my dog runs away on me do you think i can trace it?
maybe with special collar.
how about letting the devs fix stuff thats been long waiting to be fixed? quit giving them ideas to add more into the game, that comes after they have fixed obvious things.
no wonder the game bugs out for 7/10 players, nothing added is properly coded for the world of unfinished projects. ADHD much??

Hello, sorry I'm late, just bought a dog myself and got trapped under it on stairs, which put me in a floating anime, til I had to destroy the stairs... "Annoying, but a Stay command would be useful."

Tracking - quite the pet owner you must be then, I have 14 Labs and each has been chipped, you open the app on your phone, then tap on the name and it has a 3 meter accurate locator (in the animal, not the collar)... an the tech has been around for awhile now... please, talk to your local vet the next time you pay them a visit...

hello ^^ and its alright! But yes there are somethings with the cats and dogs stuff they need to work on definitely. cause i have had to build a fence around my ranch just so it easier for me to keep track of my dog.

I believe you need to make an fenced area with a dog house. And then assign the dog to the doghouse in order to let it stay close.

yeah my whole ranch is fenced in to keep my dog from disappearing.
like... i know they have a follow feature... but you have to be standing on the dog in order to to do it... which i dont really care for...
