Farmland and Co-op

I've noticed that if you have everything on your Farm the Day is not long enough to manage all (and thats kind of relistic and Great! Dont get me wrong) Some Ideas going through my Head:

So i already read about buying more Land somewhere. I'd love that option and for Multiplayer Reasons it would be even better if everyone could have their own Ranch by time, some kind of specializing maybe on one or two Things. It would make the world a bit more living, as alternative for Singleplayer hiring some NPC for Help. Additionaly it wouldn hurt if the Starting Farm would be a bit smaller if we can buy additional land nearby or other "old" abandoned Ranches/Land somewhere else on the Map.

Also it would be a Thing if some other NPC Ranchers would buy things from you they dont have, in higher quantities additionaly to the Quests and some kind of random appearing, or they maybe contact you for that.

Using my farmland for Crops or wheat isnt worth it atm. it cost much time and its much easier to Buy Food for the Animals and focus on other Products. It would be perfect if i could choose myself where the fields are/Placing them myself.

Same goes for alternative streets or beiing able to move the maingate - once removed we cant build something similiar.

Last but not least - is a Place you can bring your Basic Products and let them being proceed into sausages etc. for a Fee, like a Butcher (Maybe in Town also) So everything will be a bit more useful and not only Decorative. i dont know what is maybe planned for this buildings but so far my Thoughts.
