Optional Drying racks?

I've recently started playing and am at the point where I am able to make meat products.
I am the type of player that produces in bulk, so I currently have about 10 coolers full of pig meat waiting to be processed (rookie numbers, I know, but we all start at one point :P).

Sadly I found out that the drying racks are actually bound to houses and are in fact, not available for purchase or as a blueprint. Building 10 houses just for the drying racks seems kinda insane if one is able to get tons of meat on the fly.
I'd love to get additional ones and maybe instad of drying add a smoker or a dedicated smoking room? This way we would need to get smoking supplies or produce those smoking chips with a wood chipper and still be able to produce more goods, instead of waiting for the products to ripen.
Off course I'd be willing to invest a sum of money to speed up the process, just like with the manual grinder and the electric one :D

Not only would this streamline the production process and give players another reason to build a house for meat production, it would also open up new business-lines for smoking enthusiasts and lenghten the overall gameplay loop :D

In the build menu, there are curing cabinets. They do not look like the open racks in the houses. You just have to make sure you build them exactly where you want them, because you cannot move them later.

aaaah, okay, that's what the "Vorratsbehälter" are for, I thought that those were just a fancier way to store more product as I'm playing with german language and I guess they somehow mistranslated it...
"Vorratsbehälter für Fleisch" translates to "storage container for meat", which pretty much says nothing about drying/curing products :P
@devs I'd suggest modifying the translation to "Reifungsbehälter für XYZ" so that it's more clear that those are for drying/curing/ripening.
