Disk Write Error

I've been unable to open the game. It's Had little Update happen a few times but never finished because it stops when it should finish and says Disk Write Error. I've tried clearing download cache, check integrity

It blows my mind how often the anti-virus is the issue and yet I never EVER seem to think about it until someone else mentions it. I disabled Avast momentarily and it's downloading properly.

As someone else has said, this sort of error is usually caused by an anti-virus blocking the game installation in some way.
