How to get a tractor?

I tried googling and searching in game. No where am I actually able to buy a tractor. Is it the lawn mower? Or is it the combine?

What vehicle do I attach farming equipment to, that is not the combine, and where do I get it?

For anyone else wondering, it is at the Car Dealership. It did not show up on the un-updated wiki, thus I thought it did not exist anywhere.
