Pigs Not Giving Birth

I have a male and female pig. The female has been pregnant for 8 days. Both of the pigs are in a large fenced area with food and water. The female is not giving birth. It has been seven in-game days. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there something I'm doing that is preventing this pig from giving birth? I'm super confused here, and I can't find anything online.

Pigs should give birth within 4-5 days.
However if you have large populations of other animals, the game may prevent others from spawning to prevent issues related to overpopulation.
