That helped for me :)
Issue started after connecting the EPIC account.
Mouse Cursor does show up when the EPIC menu overlay is turned on.. but when its off, the cursor is not shown, but still in the same position...
This should no longer be an issue which is odd that you are still having this issue cappy.
If you could reach out to our support team at support@excalibur-games.com so we can take a closure look that would really help solve any issues related to this.

This problem is caused by the Epic Games Social overlay. I noticed that as soon the "You now appear online! Press SHIFT+3..." popup appears, the mouse would disappear.
To disable it:
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Epic Online Services\managedArtifacts\98bc04bc842e4906993fd6d6644ffb8d and rename the 2 .exe in here.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Extras\Overlay and rename the 2 .exe in here.
This way Epic can't find these files and won't run the EGS overlay.
Note that these routes may differ in your PC depending on your installation route.
Cheers and have fun!

Hope this helps :)
Not sure why, but this problem still exist on unstable branch and this solution still works.
THANK YOU!
Have you tried any of the above fixes?
Does the mouse disappear after a few moments or is it not there at all?
We have found 3rd party overlay programs such as overwolf can also cause issues so it might be best to turn those off if they are active.
Even if you have the game purchased through steam (like me) you should follow these steps:
1. Close your game.
2. Open your epic games launcher.
3. Sign out of your account.
4. Then sign back in using your steam account when you’re in the sign in page that asks you if you wanna sign in using PSN, Xbox etc.
5. Once you’ve clicked on the Steam icon to sign in follow the steps and make sure you sign in through the steam account that has your ranch sim game on it.
6. Once you sign in you’ll notice it goes through a linking process asking you for permission to link between epic and steam. Once you authorize it, it’ll ask you to close the tab you’re in and you’ll be signed into your epic games launcher again.
7. Once you’ve done that reopen your Ranch sim and you should no longer have the mouse cursor bug.
For some reason when you go through this process (I’m not tech wiz) but I think it relinks and resets your link between steam and epic, unbugging the mouse cursor disappearance glitch with the epic overlay on your steam game. When I first bought ranch sim I never had this bug during my first play through but then I deleted the game and when I came back to play it, i redownloaded it and had this bug and it was infuriating not being about to navigate the menu or my setting once I was in game. I think during the redownload the link in my ranch sims files got bugged between steam and epic so I guess it makes sense to reset the link.
Hopefully this works for you!
(The developer did comment and mention the overlay Overwolf. I did happen to get Overwolf during the time I had ranch simulator deleted, I still have it so that could’ve been an issue too but this process still worked so don’t feel like you need to delete overwolf to fix this issue. I would try to go through the steps I listed first.)
