Replantation is more realistic. Trees don't respawn in nature either. Great work !!
We currently have no plans for NPC help on the Ranch - if you're looking to find someone to play multiplayer with there's a bunch of friendly players over on our Discord that can help you out! https://discord.gg/ez2YsKP
This is your first time replying to this thread, I try to respond to everyone!
Firstly could you test that your tab key works? If it does, can you rebind your Action Wheel in the settings to another key (not already in use) and test if that works - note that you need to hold the key down to get the wheel to appear, and continue to hold it until you've selected your action.
Any further questions or support, please send an email to support@excalibur-games.com with an explanation of your issue and what you've already tried to do in attempt to fix it. It'll be easier for us to help you via email than here. Thanks!
True, but for a tree to grow it takes years. IRL you would take out wildgrowing trees, and plant them where you want them to grow. So a sudden respawn, no, not realistic

Probably be too complicated a formula to look at total trees in game (if they even have a stat for them to begin with, which I doubt) and have them respawn at a certain rate per day regardless of how many trees one may be cutting down.
So, for example, say there are 10,000 trees in the game when starting a new game, let's just say only 10 will respawn a day until that 10,000 has again been reached. Even then, they will respawn as saplings wherever randomly.
I only say this because by the time they add everything they are going to add to the game, there won't be enough time in the day to do everything one would be able to do and still plant trees on top of it. Even if they extend the day cycle like so many are requesting due to running out of time each day as it is already.
Then again, I'm sure you'll have your others who will want to plant more than ten trees at a time each day too.
Just food for thought anyway.
