There is a game called Satisfactory you might like. Its mostly about constructing a bunch of factory's to acquire resources off of a new planet. You make stuff with those raw resources as well. However its a mental game. Its designed for smart players. The more you progress the more complex the factories you design will get. As for this game, having to deal with an attack every so often is just part of life dealing with a Ranch. They may not have it set to where the Ranch only gets attacked one time every few days or maybe once a month. So it wouldn't be so bad.
That being said, I understand not wanting predators (or at least the predators to attack, the bears are really good for wild meat), and think that an option to turn them off is wonderful. I LOVE customization in games.
I have a few games that I play for peaceful relaxation. I play Planet Crafter a lot and there will never be predators or any other "dangers" except for the oxygen, food, water, and fall damage that can kill you - per the devs. I love that game!!
