All the animals eat the same food, the sacks of wheat. You can buy more sacks of feed at the General Store. Later in the game, you can build a silo to buy the wheat in bulk to get a lower price per unit of feed.

Once you have the silo built, you have the option to refill it by clicking on it. There is a limited range that the silo can refill feed troughs in, so if your ranch is spread out, you may need several silos. In the meantime, the bags of wheat are sold at the general store.

Yes, it's called a granary in the game, sorry about that. To make cheese, you need to either build a cheese curing cabinet or one of the pre-fab houses. You boil the milk in a pan to get curd, then place the curd in the cabinet or rack in the house to age into cheese.

I load the pigs up in the ATV and take them to the restaurant. When I get there, I shoot them. Then it will give you an option to skin them, and meat will fly everywhere. Just make sure that all of the meat is on the sell area or in the entry where the special prices board is, and you can sell it for at least $30 per piece of meat. You'll get more if it is on special.

better to kill the pig at home an turn it into sausages or dried salamis... make a lot more money. or shoot many pig, skin them right where they are an pick all the meat into coolers, you can stack a truck full of coolers and sell at restaurant, especially when pork is requested for a nice bonus.

As you get to the asphalt road when leaving the ranch, it is the closest building. The sell area is in the back of it.
