oil wells
Do we only get one oil field per game? I only found one.

From what I have read, and found, there are 2 available to place an oil well on. The locations on the map will be the same. The locations that are active, however, will change from save to save. It is a matter of finding them pretty much. There are a few posts over on the discord that show the map and thier locations.

Tks. After trying 10 reloads and map recons I was only finding 1 oil field each time.

Nope, they are completely random and some don't get both but I believe that is a bug. My current game has both on the closest points near the ranch.

i dont see any and it has to have black oil on it to put down an oil well otherwise it wont work they need to seriously fix this its so frustrating ....

I found oil across from the Hardware store but where are the oil wells themselves?
They are not in my Builder Book.
Has anyone actually built the oil well?
Is it a money maker?

I found 1 near treasure mission farm and 1 near the gas station

Guys - need help! I do not have the oil pump in my blueprints in the build menu. I read online its the last page of the tab with 3 lines/dots. It is definitely not there. So how do I build it? Do I need to unlock it somehow first??

You have to go into the Steam beta settings and opt into the unstable version of the game if you want to try the oil rigs. But beware, it's called unstable for a reason. LOL

Yes saves from previous do not transfer over to beta build. They are incompatible.

they updated it yesterday it seems ok now but they arte still fixing issues so ya itll be awhile till the public version comes back. if it does!!!!

Unfortunately, yesterday's patch doesn't make things right - I only get 40 liters of oil per day from the oil well - so it's really not worth it - the patch hasn't improved anything else for me - the problems have actually gotten worse :(
