How certain are you that the eggs are fertile? I've had instances where a Rooster and Hen are basically always in wing's range of each other, but sometimes the Hen just doesn't lay a fertile egg. Additionally, the Hen will also always lay an infertile egg at 4 pm every day.
So no matter what, you'll have infertile eggs mixed in with your fertile batch.
I have tried keeping them in the coop and keeping them in a basket next to the coop but still no chicks and it's been 6 days since the first one was laid.
This is very odd, could you send us your save file so we can take a look at this.
The best place to send it would be support@Excalibur-games.com
you can locate your save file by doing the following
- Press the windows key and R together to open the run command
- type in %appdata%/../local/Ranch_Simulator/Saved/SaveGames and press ok
Did you find a solution? as i am encountering the same issue, I have multiple Coops, yet i only have 2 Coops where i keep my roosters to reproduce, one of these Coops is an Expensive Coop with (Total 6) 1 Black Rooster, 1 Black Chicken, 1 White Rooster, 1 White Chicken, 1 Brown Rooster, and 1 Brown Chicken. It has been a long time since the eggs has hatched.

Edit:
Possible SOLUTION:
I believe that there is a limit to the chicken count. I sold all of my chicken and bought new pairs and now they are hatching again.
Solved - I had to take the eggs out of the basket and put 4 eggs in each pen that holds 8 chickens (the chickens and rooster are in a different pen all together).
A global limit, or just in a certain area? If I were to build another pen with more coops, would it fix it? I currently have a pen with a big coop and 3 small coops, I have about 30 hens and 3 roosters.
