Ranch hands

Is there any way to hire Ranch workers???
I can't keep up with all the projects I have going which currently are only Chickens and Tomatoes. My pigs died off, i assume, for lack of food overnight.
How do you do the Quests and run a Ranch at the same time?

you can't hire any one to help, but your friends can help you out, it is a little hard at first but once you get the hang of it is easy

you dont have to have any one helping you thats up to you you can play alone if thats what you want i was just offering to help if you need it

When you can afford to build them, the silo and windmill automate filling food and water troughs respectively that are within its range (can check range after placing but before building, so place wisely). Keeps your critters alive and lets you be away for longer periods doing things like quests.

Oh yeah. The Silo fixes the feeding time. I already had the windmill going for water.
I thought i would have to fill a silo with purchased feed bags or with grown crops from my fields for them to work so i was way away from building silos.
Now it feels like the game just opened to a new level.
