Selling equipments

I would like to sell my harvesting equipments because I have enough money and won't be harvesting anymore. But I went to the hardware store, where I purchased them and I can't sell them. Is it possible to sell these equipments?

You have to go to the general store to sell any type of equipment.

No, the general store doesn't work for selling harvesting equipment. I also can't sell vehicules, and materials coming from the hardware store, which is bad because I have 2 full cement bags and nothing to do with it.
I haven't tried to sell the paint pot I accidentaly bought, but it would probably be the same thing.
The next updates should take consideration of that. It would be easier for beginners to make money.

You could always just build a storage shed to store your extra materials in. Once you have enough money to stock up on things, it nice to be able to do a small project without having to run down to the hardware store.

It would and should be an option to sell equipment and items you don't need or want to keep any longer. I have yet been able to sell anything but the products produced or the animals. I keep extra of some things for changing colors or rebuilding etc but it would be nice to have the ability to sell items you don't want.

I've bought paint before that was not the color that I thought it would be. I just took it back to the hardware store and stacked it out of the way there. That way, it wasn't cluttering up the ranch. Also, its less items that have to load in when you enter the ranch, so should help the performance of the game.
I suppose another way to get rid of the paint, would be to build one foundation and keep painting it different colors until all of your junk paint is gone. Then destroy the foundation and get back half the boards.

As far as the equipment goes, it wouldn't look like a real ranch or farm if there weren't some aged out equipment sitting somewhere. lol

The other day I sold an extra harvester head back for $100. I mistakenly bought 2 of the same. Of course it never left the dock so I don't know if that had anything to do with it but my friend said she has sold equipment back to hardware.

You can sell vehicles at the vehicle upgrade garage.
