Windmill and waterbowls

Windmill says, Hold E to fill all bowls.

I have waterbowl for animals, the large ones, did i understand right that using windmill the bowl fill water?
Mine wasnt.

The bowl may have been too far away from the windmill. If you click on the windmill, it will light up the area that it will reach. You will probably have to build multiple windmills and feed silos to cover all your ranch.

What is feed silo? It will fill food bowls?? Granary is kind a look that but there is so less information about items

Yes, I think in the game that it is called a Granary.

They won't fill until completely empty

You can top off the water manually though, just not the feed.
