how do i make sausages step by step plz and thanks

kill cows and pigs, buy a meat grinder and a sausage machine easy do both sausage and meatballs.

When processing, after the grinder, don't pick up the meat from the pot/bowl. That will result in meatballs, you need to pick the entire bowl/pot up and dump it into the sausage stuffing machine. Until you're bored of this process and move over to blue cheese for the big bucks. Good luck!

Invest in the electric grinder and sausage stuffer/maker when you can. I use two grinders and one sausage maker for quick production. The manual ones are just fine to get started though! Grind meat into a ready placed pan, as said before, then take the complete pan and add it to the stuffer machine. Wind or switch it on and hey presto sausages. The meat cupboard thing (storage cupboard I think it's called) is also well worth the investment. Add your made sausages to it 6 at a time then wait a while. Then you get salami which sell for $60 each! You can also make meatball salami if you mess up the process described above.
