We'd need the save from before the animals died, so whilst you're in the game if you could make a copy before saving again (or quitting in case you wanted to redo it and not lose your animals). We'd also need a rough amount of time that you'd been playing for before the animals died, and what you were doing and where you were at the time of death - all the information I might need to try and reproduce your steps exactly to see what's happening.
Could you please send an email to support@excalibur-games.com with your dxdiag report, save file and an explanation of your issue.
The save file (ranchsave_1.sav or a custom name if set) is located in: AppData\Local\Ranch_Simulator\Saved\SaveGames
To access this location, you can do the following:
- Press the windows key and R together to open the run command
- type in %appdata%/../local/Ranch_Simulator/Saved/SaveGames and press ok
To create a DxDiag report, do the following

Yea ive already tore down the animal pens, ground up the meat. and saved and exited the game. I was on the farm, all animals were fine for last several times i played. I checked on my first set of beef cows to see if the female gave birth yet, and seen she was super hungry and thirsty i ran to their feeders and everything was full. so i led her over to them and she just walked away about 3 steps she fell over and was dead. The rest of the farm was good, all feed bins were full same with water. When i finished doing some farm chores and it got dark i took one last look at all the feed, and went to my tent and slept, woke up everything looked asleep, but after several minutes i noticed nothing was moving still and went in looked at them, and they were all dead.
