Isn't the little circle in the corner supposed to go up I can't get it to go up

Build the horse paddock. ride in a circle using the jumps. You must fully clear the jump for it to count. Once you get the hang of it, you can gain a lvl on a horse in about 10-15 mins of doing it.

Since this is here, it's as good a place as any to say that the horse system needs some work. The horse itself is fine, but the will to want one is low. I bought one for 1900, trained it to max lvl , lets say about an hour of training, and it sold for 1964.. Just seems off to me. I have them for the cosmetic of having horses on the ranch, but by the time you figure in the cost of 50 bucks each way to purchase and sell the horse, and the hour of training I lost both money and time.
